Where value added tax applies to a supply, the applicable rate and, where relevant, our VAT registration number are shown on the invoice for that supply. Business customers in the European Union who provide a valid VAT identification number are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism.

Trade mark and service name

"vizvuz" is the service name under which PRALOJ LTD provides the machine translation interface available at vizvuz.com and api.vizvuz.com.

Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025, so there is no ODR link to provide here. Consumers may still bring a complaint through the courts or through any competent national body.

Liability for content

We prepare the content of these pages with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current at every moment.
